Appointments: To ensure availability, please make your appointment in advance. We accommodate walk-ins as our schedule allows. Certain appointments (those 2 hours or more) are held with a credit card. Appointments are confirmed by telephone in advance. Guests arriving late will forfeit the missed portion of their scheduled service.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for permanent makeup services.
Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to complete some forms your first visit. Please inform us of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergies, or medication that you are taking.
Gratuity: All spa treatments include the use of our facility, robes and slippers. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may leave a gratuity at the front desk.
