“Facials for 2”
Your choice of any facial. Facials for 2 are great for mothers and daughters, sisters, friends, or significant others to do together. It is fun to spend time together and besides getting a facial you get to  watch a facial performed, and enjoy a complimentary fruit and cheese tray (you may bring your own beverage) and when we get to the mask you change into your robe and switch. We require 48 hours notice so I can order the fruit and cheese tray.
Facials
We offer a whole line of facials that can be customized just for you. Three of our most popular facials are Anti-Aging, Anti-Redness and Illuminating (sun damged) facials. During these you will receive a ten minute massage with lavender massage oil to exfoliate and hydrate your skin and lavender is very relaxing and serene. Acne facials are great for teenagers or adults. We use a brushing machine for deep cleansing and High Frequency to kill the bacteria from the inside out in two days, we call it the “zit zapper”. With all the facials you receive a hand, arm, neck, shoulder, décolletage, and foot massage.
Back facials
Whether you are concerned with break-outs, dryness, or deep cleansing your back will feel hydrated, smooth and cared for. Specially designed to smooth and clarify your back. Begin with a brushing machine to remove surface impurities and leave your back feeling fresh and clean. Extractions help problem areas, along with a custom acne fighting masque, toner and the final moisturizer to heal visible outbreaks while preventing new ones.
Microdermabrasion is very aggressive (photos). The process uses crystals that exfoliate the top layer of your skin revealing younger skin cells which grows rapidly. Your face will feel wind burnt the rest of the day. No Sauna’s, tanning, or aerobic activity for 2 days. If you feel you are sweating get a cool towel and put on your face you need to keep cool, sweat will feel like someone poured glycolic acid on your face and can cause discoloration to the skin area. In two weeks you will notice firmer skin with a radiant glow. It’s like a new born baby’s skin but grows in more resilient. The depth of wrinkles, acne scars, and sun spots are reduced dramatically with a series of treatments. We usually recommends 6 treatments, once a week for 6 weeks. After your microdermabrasion no makeup for 24 hours, no tanning, and no Retin-A, Differin/Accutane one week before or after. We usually recommend extending the Microdermabrasion to the neck to tone the skin. Microdermabrasions are great for people with oily skin, reduces the oil and skin grows in normal!
Chemical Peels
Diminishes discoloration from acne scars and exfoliates dead skin cells to soften fine lines. Recommends 5 treatments once a week or add to any facial. Use one of three different intensifiers, Acne Prone (to clear up active acne), Uneven Skin Tone (lifts pink out of acne scars & sun spots), Anti-Aging (diminishes wrinkles). It is a gradual process and your skin will feel silky soft. It is recommended to use vitamin A, C, and E after each treatment. Your skin will crave vitamin C which is L-Ascorbic Acid (Anti-aging) Vitamin A is for fine lines and wrinkles, Vitamin E is for softening.
 Makeup Applications (photos)
It has always been Teena’s dream to be a Make-up Artist and Esthetician. Teena finds it very rewarding to see women come alive when they look and feel beautiful. We use Bare Escentuals makeup for our makeup applications and also sell it in the spa. Bare Escentuals is great makeup for anyone, young or old. Great for concealing acne, rosacea, hyper pigmentation and even radiation treatments. We offer applications for all occasions weddings, proms, homecomings, and special occasions; we have before and after pictures. We offer makeup lessons, you will need an appointment. You can add a makeup application to any facial.
 Brow Tints
Great for women who have light colored brows and are hard to see or thinning brows, looks very natural. It helps so you can actually see the shape and hair of your natural eyebrows. The colors you can choose from are light brown, natural brown, and black. Lasts up to 4 weeks.
Ear Candling
Two hollow cylinders made from beeswax are placed in each ear to assist in removing wax and hard build up that becomes trapped inside the ear canal and sinus cavities. The first candle softens up the wax and the second pulls out the wax. It is helpful for sinus infections, ear aches, hearing loss, and allergies. We do pressure points on your sinuses which helps to break up and clear up your sinus problems. We recommend no cool air or water in the ears for 24 hours afterwards, since this could cause an ear ache.
Reflexology
An ancient healing foot massage as blissful as it is beneficial. Pressure points works on the principle that all body organs are connected to reflex points. Drink water to get rid of the toxins that have been released.
